
Daniel Stone, MD, MPH, MBA is board certified in internal medicine and has been recognized for additional qualification in geriatric medicine. He works for Cedars-Sinai Medical Group and Cedars-Sinai Health Associates.
Dr. Stone received his medical degree from the University of Health Sciences Chicago Medical School and earned membership into the Alpha Omega Alpha National Medical Honor Society. He earned his bachelor's degree (magna cum laude) at Amherst College, Amherst, Massachusetts, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa. He also earned a Master's of Public Health from the UCLA School of Public Health and a Masters of Business Administration from Pepperdine University, Malibu, Calif. He performed his internship and medical residency at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, Torrance, Calif. He also served as chief resident in medicine at Harbor-UCLA. His clinical training includes a fellowship in general internal medicine at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
Before joining Cedars-Sinai Medical Group in 1995, Dr. Stone was in private practice for six years at Cedars-Sinai.
Dr. Stone served as President, Vice-President and Secretary-Treasurer of the Los Angeles Society of Internal Medicine. He has been Assistant Clinical Professor of medicine at the UCLA School of Medicine and a Clinical Lecturer in medicine at the UCLA School of Medicine. Dr. Stone currently serves as Director of Physician Development at Cedars-Sinai Medical Group. In addition to English, Dr. Stone speaks Spanish.
