Diagnosis and Treatment Services
Cedars-Sinai's Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neurosciences provides a broad range of services to maintain, improve and ensure mental health. With a single telephone call to our Intake and Referral Center, you will reach a mental health professional who can tell you about our services, schedule an evaluation or coordinate admission.
Additionally, you can download a PDF version of an intake form and fax it to us. From there we can help you with assessments or referrals.
