Ravi Shankar Prasad, MD is an attending neuroradiologist at the S. Mark Taper Foundation Imaging Center.
Dr. Prasad received his medical degree from Albany Medical College with a distinction in research. He completed his internship at Mountainside Hospital in Montclair, New Jersey. He was chief resident in diagnostic radiology at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Dr. Prasad completed his fellowship in neuroradiology at New York University Medical Center, one of the nation's premier fellowship programs.
Dr. Prasad is board certified by the American Board of Radiology and licensed in California, New York and New Jersey. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Society of Neuroradiology and the American College of Radiology.
