Diane McWhorter is a nurse practitioner and diabetes educator with Cedars-Sinai Medical Group.

Ms. McWhorter is the Diabetes Program Coordinator and sees patients for education and management of all types of diabetes. She also conducts Diabetes 101 education classes several times a year.

Ms. McWhorter earned a bachelor's and a master's of science degrees in nursing from California State University, Fresno. Ms. McWhorter has experience as a nurse practitioner in various clinical settings including family practice, endocrine specialty practice and an allergy center. Ms. McWhorter was the Fresno/Madera regional President for the California Association for Nurse Practitioners and the State Continuing Education Director for several years.
