Ivor L. Geft, MD, FACC

Ivor L. MD, FACC, is an attending cardiologist with the Division of Cardiology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. His primary clinical interests include interventional preventive and general cardiology.
Dr. Geft is a member of the Royal College of Physicians, Israel Board of Cardiologists and a fellow of the American College of Cardiology. Dr Geft has also written numerous articles for such peer-reviewed publications as the American Journal of Cardiology, American Heart Journal, and European Heart Journal.
Dr. Geft received his medical degree from the University of Cape Town in South Africa. He completed his internal medicine residency at Chaim Sheba Hospital in Tel Aviv and his cardiology fellowship at Hadassah Medical Center in Jerusalem and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. He was a member of the full-time faculty in the Department of Cardiology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and has been in private practice since 1983. He is teaching medical students at UCLA and nurses at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. He is an active member of numerous committees at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, including the MEC, Medical PIC and Cardiology PIC.
